Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $190000.00 - $220000.00
A collaborative workers compensation rehabilitation-focused pain management clinic in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its mission-driven, multidisciplinary team that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a personable approach to patient care.

Pain management within the Workers Compensation system Schedule:
Flexible; Clinic is Open M-F from 7:30-4:30, See an average of
1618 patients/day
(1-hr consults, 30-min follow-ups) Telehealth:
60% in-person / 40% telehealth

(4% match after the 1

year, with immediate vesting) Three weeks PTO, eight sick days, and eight paid holidays $2,000 CME allowance Ideal Candidate: No new graduates. At least
1+ year of independent post-grad clinical experience
(orthopedics, PM&R, or pain management background preferred). Comfortable with workers comp patients. Personable, confident, collaborative
