As a clinician at our OB hospitalist program, youll be in the hospital 24/7 to perform real-time triage on every patient entering the labor and delivery unit or obstetric emergency department (OBED). Your presence will reduce delays in emergency OB/GYN care, improve outcomes, increase patient satisfaction and support community clinicians.
Memorial Regional Medical Center
is a 225-bed full-service hospital that serves Richmond, Hanover County and Henrico County as well as Virginias Northern Neck. The hospital is home to a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), private labor-delivery-recovery suites, obstetrical critical care for high-risk pregnancies, maternal-fetal medicine and ongoing educational programs for new families.
Mechanicsville
is located in Hanover County and home to more than 36,000 residents. Mechanicsville is 6 miles NE of Richmond. The region is steeped in American history, with historical buildings, battlefield sites and preserved artifacts.
