We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our team during the busy holiday and winter season. In this role, you will provide high-quality, personalized support to customers across phone and email channels. Ideal candidates are empathetic, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments. A comprehensive three-week training program will prepare you to deliver exceptional service and represent our brand values with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order status, billing inquiries, and account management.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and diplomacy, balancing satisfaction with company policies.
  • Make discretionary decisions regarding financial and non-financial assistance to support customer retention.
  • Engage in non-scripted, personalized conversations to build trust and loyalty.
  • Stay informed on product offerings and updates to provide accurate information.
  • Demonstrate active listening and a warm, helpful demeanor in every interaction.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
  • High adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Willingness to learn and retain product knowledge.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
