As an Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Associate at The Lawless Group, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate Details:

• Temporary position
• $22.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field. . Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, communicate clearly and concisely, and articulate complex concepts in a customer-friendly manner. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
