Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and arranges detailed travel arrangements including air, hotel, shuttle, rental car, etc. on behalf of the entire Professional Racing team.
- Coordinates and ensures accurate payments of all invoices including expense reports.
- Administers professional rider, employee, and sponsor contracts including payments.
- Processes payments for salaried riders and expense/bonus money to riders.
- Obtains racing credentials for entire racing team and ensures that all items are received and/or distributed in a timely manner.
- Supports the racing department regarding office equipment, computer questions, etc. Orders parts and supplies as needed.
- Arranges credit for new vendors.
- Generates monthly reports pertaining to the current status of racing budgets.
- Processes racing invoices, expense reports, credit card statements, and purchase orders.
- Obtains and supplies logos for the team to vendors, sponsors, etc.
- Creates and maintains statistical tables of various riders' results.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is mandatory; and minimum five years related experience and/or training as an administrative assistant; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate the ability to successfully prioritize and organize multiple, competing tasks.
- Must be extremely detail and deadline oriented.
- Must bring energy and enthusiasm to group or team efforts.
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have experience with SAP.
Approximate percentage of travel required 5%
Salary Range: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
