Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with an Am Law 200 civil defense litigation law firm firm in its search for a Legal Administrative Assistant. This is a direct hire, full-time role, and is primarily on-site (4 days in office; 1 day remote) out of the Firm's Tampa, FL offices. (The Firm is also hiring a Legal Admin Assistant for their Orlando offices.)
Requirements:
- at least 5 years of experience in civil defense litigation
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- detail-oriented, ability to handle a heavy workload and thrive in fast-paced environment.

Primary duties of the Legal Administrative Assistant will include but are not limited to:
- logging attorney time, processing mail, answering telephone and interacting with clients
- maintain attorney files
- schedule depositions and various other appointments
- prepare correspondence and legal documents, as needed
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
-Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
