Hill International is seeking an Administrative Assistant IV in Los Angeles, California
The Administrative Assistant provides a full range of administrative support to the T5 Delivery Director. Responsibilities include answering phones, furnishing callers with information, preparing materials, processing mail, tracking assignments, routing documents for signature, researching information, and performing other clerical tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education
- 10 or more years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of standard policies and procedures on complex capital public works projects (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Ability to work in CAD or REVIT (preferred)
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$80,000, based on qualifications, education, experience, and work location.

Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative, clerical, data collection, data entry, and report writing tasks
- Answer phones, take and relay messages, screen callers, and direct calls
- Scan, fax, and bind documents and reports
- Prepare correspondence and maintain files
- Coordinate approval signatures
- Maintain calendars and set up meetings
- Reserve conference rooms and take meeting minutes
- Copy, scan, log, and track documents
- Greet visitors and assist them
- Gather and review data for reports, develop or revise reports as needed
- Verify data accuracy, such as matching invoices
- Distribute reports, originate correspondence, and maintain supplies
- Support document control, project controls, financial processes, and create reports and presentations
