Our client, a leading manufacturer in the automotive and industrial sectors, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting quality production and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Trenton, OH
Pay Range: $17.00 per hour
Available Shifts:- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:40 am - 3:00 pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:40 pm - 11:00 pm
- 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday ; 10:40 pm - 7:00 am
What's the Job?
- Perform visual and gage inspections to ensure quality parts are produced and assembled correctly.
- Operate machinery such as extrusion presses, punch presses, CNC machines, saws, and other production equipment.
- Pack finished parts into containers following specified standards.
- Maintain safety standards and follow all safety policies during production activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing safety and productivity ideas.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- 1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform quality inspections and follow safety procedures diligently.
