We're seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site operations across a diverse range of construction projects. From cutting-edge healthcare facilities to vibrant nightlife venues, you'll be the driving force behind quality execution, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial and/or residential construction

Proven track record managing complex builds (hospital, hospitality, or venue experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with project management software and digital reporting tools

OSHA certification and familiarity with LEED practices a plus

Oversee daily site operations for new construction and renovation projects

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely delivery

Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure job site

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards

Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers

Maintain detailed documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and inspections

Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Long Beach, CA.
