Position: Outside Sales Representative

Location: Union, OH (and surrounding market)

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Union, OH area. This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and grow a customer base within your territory by prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Manage and expand existing customer accounts while seeking opportunities with new clients.
Identify customer needs and present packaging, automation, and supply solutions tailored to their business goals.
Partner with Customer Service, Engineering, and Automation teams to ensure clients receive full-service support.
Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maximize territory growth.
Achieve sales goals by executing a clear strategy, managing your pipeline, and consistently following up on leads.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development (packaging, manufacturing, or distribution a plus).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer success.
Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and close deals.
