Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, personable, and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in the Columbus region. This is a draw + commission position designed for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment. You’ll receive warm leads, not cold calls—our team ensures you're set up with qualified customers who are already interested in our services.

What You’ll Do:

• Follow up on warm leads provided by our marketing and call center teams

• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations with homeowners and business owners

• Present and explain spray foam insulation options, benefits, and pricing

• Build rapport and trust with potential clients

• Close sales and help customers move forward with their projects

• Maintain communication and follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales process

• Collaborate with installation and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

What You Bring:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Sales experience preferred (but not required—we train the right people!)

• Ability to manage your schedule and work independently

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the Columbus/Toledo area

• Drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
