Peek-A-Boo Toys (PAB), a division Of BMI Merchandise, is a leading designer, distributor, and light manufacturer of plush toys for the carnival, theme park, family entertainment center (FEC), and street & shore markets. With over 28 years in business, we specialize in high-quality, on-trend plush products that cater to amusement and gaming venues across North America.

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Sales Representative with industry expertise to expand our footprint and strengthen relationships within carnivals, theme parks, arcades, and street & shore vendors.

Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients within the amusement and entertainment markets. This role requires an individual with deep knowledge of the end markets and a strong network in carnivals, amusement parks, arcades, and street vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development – Identify and secure new accounts across key target markets, including carnivals, FECs, theme parks, and street & shore vendors.
  • Account Management – Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent product supply and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy – Develop and execute territory-based sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Industry Networking – Represent Peek-A-Boo Toys at trade shows, industry events, and conferences (e.g., Gibtown Trade Show).
  • Market Research – Stay informed on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment and product innovation that meets market demands.
  • Reporting & Forecasting – Provide regular sales reports, projections, and market feedback to leadership. CRM experience is necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience – Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in carnivals, theme parks, FECs, arcades, or amusement merchandise.
  • Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of plush toys, redemption games, or amusement prizes.
  • Existing Network – Pre-established relationships within carnival operators, amusement park buyers, game operators, and street vendors.
  • Sales Skills – Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Travel Availability – Willingness to travel 50%+ to visit customers and attend industry events.
  • Communication – Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-Motivated – Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
