1. Working Warm Leads that are provided by the agency
2. Working with a team on some larger projects
3. Bringing a VIP and excellent service to the clients
4. Following up with Leads that have not been reachable
5. Meeting goals set by the agency

1. Have or be willing to get licensed to be a P&C producer.
2. Full-time availability
3. Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
