We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Project Manager in Groton, Connecticut. In this role, you will drive strategic projects and process enhancements while collaborating across departments to ensure successful outcomes. This position requires a proactive approach to project leadership, communication, and the implementation of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-departmental projects from initial discovery and planning stages through implementation and sustainment.
• Monitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely communication across stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, manage workflows, and support enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365.
• Develop detailed process maps and use cases to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and oversee the application of new tools and technologies.
• Coordinate logistics and communications to foster collaboration and alignment across teams.
• Support organizational goals by assisting teams in achieving project milestones and objectives.
• Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and streamline project management workflows.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in project implementation and execution.
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and working with tools like Microsoft Power BI.• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Enterprise applications, including scheduling and document management.
• Strong background in IT project management and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage logistics effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
• Expertise in project scheduling and implementation.
• Ability to develop and execute process maps and use cases.
• Familiarity with enterprise-wide tools and technologies to support organizational initiatives.
