1st Shift Industrial Electrician
As an Electrician, you will interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. You will assemble and wire control panels, junction boxes, and machine-mounted electrical devices, and install and route wiring for 480V 3-phase power systems, control circuits, and instrumentation. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating IFM sensors and Remote I/O components, performing point-to-point wiring, terminations, and functional testing of systems.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and support the startup and inspection of electrical assemblies.
- Run conduit, wire trays, and related infrastructure cleanly and efficiently on assembled systems.
- Install pneumatic infrastructure and components to support system operation.
- Validate electrical and pneumatic components to ensure correct function.
- Provide guidance and support to other technicians during assembly and integration.
- Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to address technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and documentation standards.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical assembly or industrial electrical work, with lead experience preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
- Skilled in using standard hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and multimeters.
- Strong experience in conduit bending and installation, including Class I, Div 1 and intrinsically safe environments.
- Strong experience with pneumatics, plumbing, and related components.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with mounting, fitting, and assembly tasks.
- Proven ability to implement and enforce safety practices (LOTO and NEC) in a production environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% (domestic and international).
- PLC experience is a strong plus.
- Intermittent lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $72800.00/yr.
