DXP is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our in-house corporate creative team. We are seeking an experienced creative professional to help design our media/advertising/marketing collateral – both digital and print. This position requires an ability to communicate effectively both verbally and via email with internal staff as well as external suppliers, vendors and partners. Typical responsibilities include working with the marketing team and business unit leaders to design internal and external materials that reflect established corporate brand standards while incorporating innovative and original concepts.

Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer include, but are not limited to:

• Design, develop and produce digital and print materials to support and promote the DXP brand. Key projects may include identity standards, logos, newsletters, email marketing, trade show graphics, signage, event flyers, social media images, postcards and brochures.

• Ensure consistency and maintain brand integrity and compliance across all creative

• Recreate, reformat, and resize existing advertisements and related campaign collateral

• Develop templates for company-wide flyers, newsletters, email marketing, etc.

• Perform ad hoc requests, projects, and special assignments from senior management

• Support and participate in industry trade show activities and events

• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts

• Provide general support to our Marketing Department


Qualifications of the Graphic Designer include, but are not limited to:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

• 2-5 years of experience in professional design role

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Solid understanding of graphic design, typography and composition principles

• Ability to create and organize new assets for projects

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to effectively assess priorities and work well under tight deadlines

• Top notch verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to gain a full understanding of the scope of each project and how to present and explain your solution

• Demonstrated talent (portfolio showcasing examples of relevant assets)

• Experience designing for both print and web

• Understanding of production, pre-press, print and web-based technologies

• Understanding of current design trends and patterns

• Solid understanding of marketing principles

Would be a plus:

• UI/UX experience

• Figma experience

• Salesforce/Pardot experience

• Video/animation experience

• Email marketing experience

• Web design experience

Additional Information:

• Some travel may be required to attend events and trade shows

• Must have home office with good Wi-Fi

• Ideally live within a 40-mile radius from corporate office

Physical Demand: Standing, sitting, bending, reaching, moving and carrying trade show products and other events

items as needed

Working Conditions: Corporate office and home office

Training/Certifications: N/A

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Travel: 20% travel required - Must have clear driving record according to company guideline
