Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for partnering with fast-paced, tech-driven teams? Globant is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growing U.S. operations in either the New York or Miami market.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior business leaders, especially across sales, delivery, and tech consulting teams
• Provide hands-on guidance across employee relations, performance management, org design, engagement & retention
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Rewards, and other teams to deliver integrated people strategies
• Analyze trends and HR metrics to inform business decisions
• Be a culture and values ambassador supporting DEI, change management, and leadership development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment law and internal policies

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in an HRBP role
• Strong background in IT consulting, professional services, or high-growth tech
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, global, and hybrid work environment
• Trusted partner with strong EQ, stakeholder management, and business acumen
• Spanish language skills and experience supporting distributed teams are a bonus!
