Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Payments (Wire, FedWire, SWIFT, CHIPS, RTP)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in payment systems—including Wire Transfers, FedWire, CHIPS, RTP, and SWIFT. You’ll work cross-functionally to analyze processes, gather requirements, and support system enhancements that streamline operations and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, especially related to payments, to identify areas for improvement
• Gather, define, and document clear business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with IT to design and implement new systems or enhancements
• Lead or support UAT and ensure quality standards are met
• Create and maintain detailed documentation
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Payments Experience: Hands-on with Wire Transfers, FedWire, CHIPS, RTP, SWIFT
• Strong Analytical Skills: Able to identify patterns, issues, and improvements
• Excellent Communication: Comfortable working with diverse teams
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with Agile, Jira, Confluence
• Industry Background: Financial services or banking experience preferred
• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
