IT Support Specialist II (Onsite, West Los Angeles)

Location: Onsite in West Los Angeles

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Length: Contract-to-Hire


Why this role

Help a high-growth consumer brand stay online and moving. You are the face of IT for a 70 to 80 person office that runs on Google Workspace and is primarily Mac with a small Windows footprint. If you like owning the room, solving problems fast, and keeping people productive, you will thrive here.


What you will do

  • Set up and configure new Macs and Windows laptops from unboxing to handoff
  • Triage and close tickets that arrive through Slack and Jira
  • Own conference technology, including Zoom Rooms with Neat Bars and door tablets
  • Manage Google Workspace users, groups, and access controls
  • Administer macOS through Jamf Pro and Windows endpoints through Intune
  • Handle day to day network tasks across switches, wireless access points, and a Fortinet firewall
  • Manage identities and permissions in Active Directory
  • Track assets, maintain software compliance, and document fixes and repeatable runbooks


What you bring

  • Hands on Jamf Pro experience for macOS fleet management
  • Intune experience for Windows device management
  • Zoom Rooms know how, ideally with Neat hardware in the mix
  • Solid Google Workspace administration skills
  • Comfort working tickets from Slack and Jira
  • Practical LAN and Wi Fi knowledge for an office environment
  • Active Directory user and group management experience
  • Self starter mindset with the judgment to operate with minimal guidance


Bonus points

  • Experience using Asana for IT work tracking
  • Familiarity with EDR, disk encryption, and device compliance policies
  • Basic scripting to automate routine tasks and speed troubleshooting

  • Mac focused, with a modest Windows presence
  • Google Workspace at the core
  • Jamf Pro, Intune, Zoom Rooms with Neat, Slack, Jira, Active Directory, Fortinet, switches, and access points


Location and schedule

  • This role is onsite in West Los Angeles
  • Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
