Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our radiological team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist, you'll be responsible for radiological care to patients of all ages, for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomical and physiologic disorders using ionizing radiation.
You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, preparing exam rooms, equipment, supplies, and medications for procedures. You must have working knowledge of conventional Radiology and be able to operate all X-ray equipment and PACS.
Above all, you'll prioritize patient education, ensuring they receive the best possible care during their stay. Your excellent communication skills and compassion will shine through in every interaction.
Key Qualifications
- Working knowledge of conventional Radiology
- Ability to operate all X-ray equipment and PACS
- Excellent communication skills and compassion
- Proven competency in addition to conventional radiography, working knowledge in at least one other area CT, MRI, or Interventional Radiology if applicable competencies are met
- May be required to take call
