Thriving, Independent Practice- Equal-vote, physician-owned private practice with partnership track in 12-24 months
- Over 20 active clinical trials , CRO partnership, and access to PI/Sub-I opportunities
- Full autonomy and stability in a market where 80% of practices remain physician-owned
- Each physician is supported by 1-2 APPs, 2-3 nurses, scheduler, and MA
- Dedicated full-time APP covers hospitals 7 days/week to streamline consults and rounding
- In-house infusion center with 29 chairs , on-site lab, admixture pharmacy, and genetic counseling
- Additional Support Center with Palliative care physician, behavioral health, PT/OT, Prosthetic fitting
- In-house Research Coordinators,
- Weekly tumor boards by subspecialty (GU, breast, lung, etc.)
- Base Salary: $650,000+ (1.0 FTE)
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
- Relocation Assistance: $20,000
- Guaranteed Annual Bonus: $20,000 in Years 1 & 2
- PTO: 6 weeks + rotating Fridays off (65 days PTO as a partner!)
- CME Allowance: $4,000 annually
- Retirement: 401(k) + profit sharing contributions
- Partnership Potential: </strong $1M annual earnings and ownership of practice and real estate
- Schedule: 4-day work week Monday-Thursday clinic, rotating Fridays
- Typical Clinic Volume: 16-20 patients/day - ramp-up at a comfortable pace
- Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation - phone with pre-determined rounding times
- Minimal call due to robust hospitalist coverage
- Dedicated Oncology NP for Inpatient Call
- Outreach opportunities at 4 satellite clinics (optional, 1-2x/month)
