Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Coverage Needed

• October 6, 2025 - Ongoing
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 1-hour unpaid lunch
• No Call

Clinical Details

• Patients per day: Up to 16
• Patient Population: Newborns to Geriatrics
• Practice Setting: Outpatient ambulatory setting - Community Health Center
• Special Procedures: Basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, minor wound care
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatrician, local health care administrator

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active WA License and DEA
• Minimum of 2 years as an FNP with recent face-to-face patient contact, including pediatrics
• Must have a clean background with no malpractice
• Must be COVID and flu vaccinated
• Languages: Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus
