- Travel to individual residences and LTC facilities to deliver wound care
- Utilize UltraMist Wands and perform skin grafts including fish skin and placenta
- Manage patient records using the WoundExpert EMR system
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of care
Additional Information
- Required: Hands-on wound care experience
- Must be licensed in MN
- Certification in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (WOCN) required
