Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Cardiologist to work locum shifts in Grass Valley, California, (CA). Starting in October or as soon as credentialed, the role offers full-time work with ongoing availability and a competitive market rate and benefits.
The Cardiology role:
Dates of coverage:
24-Hour Call Coverage (6a-6a)
•October 23-26 (ending 27th am)
• November 24-30 (ending 1st am)
• December TBD
• 7-10 shifts needed/month
EMR: Cerner
Consulting 3-4 patients daily in the ED and inpatient settings, collaborating with hospitalists and specialists, supervising 4-8 stress tests, and interpreting 5-12 echocardiograms, Holter, and event monitors. Ideal candidates can perform TEE, with optional procedures including transvenous pacing and tilt table interpretation. The cases are typical non-interventional community hospital cardiology cases.
REQUIRED:
- CA state license; active, unrestricted.
- Board certified/Board Eligible.
- DEA
