Surgery - General Physician

Medicus is partnering with a hospital in central Colorado with an opening for a General Surgeon to assist with locum coverage.

Opening Details:

• Schedule: 24-hour call (7a-7a), 6-10 shifts per month
• Level IV trauma
• Patient Census: 0-1 per shift
• Patient Population: All ages
• 25 beds
• Duties: ED call coverage
• Required Procedures: Bread & butter general surgery, potential for emergent endoscopies
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, hike trails that lead to red rock formations, attend seasonal rodeos, and explore caves in nearby state parks.
