Revere Medical - Brockton Internal Medicine is seeking an experienced Adult Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established community-based practice in Brockton, Massachusetts. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative, and communication skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records, and have a strong commitment to serving our patient population. This position will work in partnership with an experienced primary care physician as well as a medical assistant. Experience preferred as the candidate will have responsibility for managing their own patient panel. Excellent compensation and an attractive, comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients

• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans

• Promote health education and disease prevention

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions

• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care

• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts

• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Current Nurse Practitioner certification

• Minimum of one year of experience in a Nurse Practitioner role

• Comfortable using new technology and software

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
