A leading manufacturer of high-quality window systems is seeking a motivated

Outside Sales Representative

to manage and grow business in parts of

Indiana and Ohio . This role focuses exclusively on selling through a trusted network of building product distributors, lumber yards, and specialty dealers-not to contractors or homeowners.

This is a great opportunity to inherit an established territory, build meaningful distributor relationships, and thrive in a company that values long-term partnerships and individual performance.

What You'll Do

Manage a defined territory across Indiana and Ohio with a focus on B2B distributor sales

Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities within the channel

Travel regionally with 1-2 overnight trips per week

Coordinate customer visits, product education sessions, and relationship-building events

Use CRM and internal tools to track activity and performance

Report directly to senior sales leadership What We're Looking For

Minimum

5 years of outside sales experience

in

building materials , ideally with window and door products

Experience selling through

distribution channels , such as lumber yards or specialty dealers

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Self-motivated and capable of managing your own schedule

Resides in or near

Indianapolis, IN

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Valid driver's license and clean driving record What's Offered

$65K-$70K base salary

Monthly commissions , with

Year 1 total earnings projected at $110K-$115K

Long-term earnings potential : $130K-$170K
