Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Naples, FL. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing clerical tasks, managing phone communications, and assisting with executive administrative duties. Daily tasks include handling correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent support to the team and customers.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Proficient in Clerical tasks
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a retail or fashion environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
