Soleo Health is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our Tempe, AZ location. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties that assist in the overall productivity and organization of the assigned region.
- Answer phone calls, route to the appropriate recipient, and take messages as necessary.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Office supply management and ordering.
- Clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute emails to the entire team as needed.
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients; provide general support to visitors.
- Support nurse manager, pharmacy manager, and operations director with office-related tasks as requested.
- Assist executive assistants with assigned tasks including on-site visits by the executive team.
- Train new staff on use of basic office equipment (phone system, copier, postage machine).
Schedule & Requirements
- Must be able to work in office full time, 8:30am–5:00pm, 40 hours per week.
- Must have Medical Administrative Assistant experience; home infusion knowledge is preferred.
- Must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Insight, CPR+, Alayacare, and Concur is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or certification in office administration is preferred.
- Minimum of one year administrative experience, preferably in office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent writing, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
