Job Descriptions:
minimum of 6 months experience with WMS, eMedNY, TABS and Microsoft Office Applications
proven ability to resolve conflicting coding in WMS and eMedNY
proficiency in and daily use of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel and Crystal Report Designer
proof of 35 WPM typing speed
ability to perform data entry accurately and promptly
ability to learn new databases and proprietary computer systems
ability to prepare professional correspondence, forms or other documents in draft and final form using information obtained in the agency's databases and files
ability to work well with others, including those with developmental disabilities, in an office environment
professional verbal and written skills as shown by office experience with previous employers
ability to prioritize and multi-task
ability to maintain confidentially of all information and follow HIPPA guidelines
proven ability to complete general office duties including but not limited to filing, answering multi line telephones, copying, scanning, operating standard office machinery, e-faxing and opening, distributing and sending postal mail
