Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to our executive team, manage front desk operations, and oversee technology-related tasks. This role requires an initiative-taking and adaptable individual who can manage a variety of responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Word-processing and data-entry
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Direct calls and take detailed messages
  • Manage mail and faxes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Expense tracking
  • Greet guests
  • Accept deliveries
  • Prepare and edit correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to firm executives and senior staff
  • Perform office opening procedures, such as daily maintenance of printer stock
  • Maintain break room
  • Provide basic IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Front Desk, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting; computer skills are essential
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a professional work environment
