Job Description:
Addison Group is working with our client to find a reliable and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to support a senior technology executive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage shifting priorities, and a high degree of professionalism. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for candidates who are looking to transition into a long-term role within a well-established and innovative financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive in the technology department
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel as needed
- Communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients on behalf of the executive
- Assist with interview scheduling and resume organization as the department scales hiring
- Prepare reports, track expenses, and maintain documentation in Excel and Google Suite
- Support basic office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating food delivery for meetings
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Anticipate needs and proactively address scheduling or communication challenges
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting director-level or executive leadership
- Strong background in administrative roles within professional, corporate environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
