About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, ED - CRM Delivery to lead the Dynamics CRM release deployment

In this role, you will:

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions

Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

6 years of solutions delivery experience

Knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking products and processes

Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership and other functional areas

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills and ability to support multiple complex high priority efforts simultaneously

Ability to influence and build relationships with line of business stakeholders

Strong experience delivering products at large financial services institutions.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Experience and/or thorough understanding of agile methodology

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

Experience with JIRA

Experience with Visio

Job Expectations:

Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule
