CSP has partnered with a trusted client who seeking a seasoned
Business Development Executive
to lead the charge in identifying and cultivating new client relationships. This is more than just a sales role-it's a high-impact opportunity to work closely with firm leadership, influence go-to-market strategies, and bring transformative IT and business solutions to mid-market organizations.
What You'll Do: As a key member of our growth engine, you will: Develop and execute a personal sales strategy
to drive new business and meet revenue goals. Identify and qualify new opportunities
by targeting companies not currently served. Engage with C-level executives
(CEOs, CFOs, COOs) in meaningful conversations-whether across the table or over coffee-to understand their challenges and showcase how we deliver unique, high-value solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally
with firm leadership, industry teams, and marketing to shape tailored value propositions. Leverage networks and industry groups
to build a robust pipeline of referrals and new leads. Lead the sales cycle from start to finish -from prospecting and proposal development to successful close.
What Sets You Up for Success: We're looking for a consultative business developer with a sharp strategic mind and a passion for solving real business problems.
5+ years of business development experience in
professional services, management consulting, or IT services A
proven track record of selling to mid-market C-suite
decision makers Deep understanding of business operations, challenges, and trends Strong grasp of
solution-based/consultative selling
principles-comfortable navigating complex discussions and uncovering client pain points Able to
translate business needs into strategic solutions
in collaboration with technical and delivery teams (deep tech knowledge not required) Excellent relationship builder with strong
interpersonal, communication, and writing skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
