Essential Duties include the following:

Website Management

- Maintain and optimize content on explorestlouis.com and related domains. Ensure SEO best practices, accessibility compliance, and strong user experience. Email Marketing

- Plan, build, and execute segmented email campaigns using a CRM platform. Track performance and manage list hygiene + engagement. Digital Media Campaigns

- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Marketing and agency partners to develop and implement paid digital campaigns across programmatic, CTV, native, SEM, and paid social channels. Manage creative trafficking and performance tracking. Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor and analyze digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Sprout Social. Provide actionable insights to improve results and guide strategy. Must maintain proficiency in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure competitiveness in the digital landscape. Work a flexible schedule to include evenings + weekends and holidays as required. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. A demonstrated proficiency with modern content management systems (WordPress preferred), CRM platforms, and digital analytics tools is necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

3-7 years of experience in digital marketing or social media strategy Proven copywriting, copy editing, and visual storytelling ability Proficient with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) Hands-on experience with GA, Meta Ad Manager, Canva, and email platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various analytics platforms Solid understanding of SEO and digital accessibility standards Strong project management and multitasking capabilities Travel/tourism or hospitality marketing experience is preferred
