Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating leases (representing both landlords and tenants), purchase and sale agreements (representing both buyers and sellers), reciprocal easement agreements, and handling other aspects of commercial transactions involving retail businesses and the related real estate

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of real estate experience to focus exclusively on retail real estate
• Prior leasing and purchase, and sale experience is not required
• Strong academic and interpersonal skills, be a self-starte,r and be able to work well within a team
• Amitted to practice law in Georgia
