Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

The primary responsibility in this role is to help customers reduce energy costs and protect their families with the nation’s best security technology.

Schedule, compensation, and environment

• Schedule: Two weeks of uninterrupted training with a top performer, followed by flexible scheduling options
• Compensation: Training bonuses and high commissions (average earnings $85,000–$110,000 annually; top performers earning $140,000+)
• Remote: No — this is an in-person role where you’ll thrive as part of a strong, collaborative team culture
• Type of Sale: Outside sales, meeting with targeted homeowners at their residences (no phone sales)
• Training: Hands-on mentorship in sales, communication, and leadership
• Growth: All promotions are from within, based on merit
