Sales Representative – Residential Painting (Commission-Only, 1099)

Location: Denver Metro Area (Remote & Field-Based)
Compensation: 10% – 14% Commission (Unlimited Earning Potential)
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to help grow our business. If you’re a go-getter who thrives on commission-based income, enjoys meeting new people, and loves closing deals , this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through leafletting, cold calling, and other proactive methods
• Provide on-site and virtual estimates for painting projects
• Close sales and schedule jobs with our painting team
• Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold our 5-star reputation
• Track and report sales performance

• Reliable transportation – You’ll be meeting homeowners in person
• Professional and detail-oriented – You take pride in representing a quality brand
