Company Overview WDT Energy is a fast-growing oilfield rental and services company based in Monahans, TX. We support operators, service companies, and sand mines across the Permian with reliable rental equipment, containment, and field support. Our fleet includes pumps, tanks, light towers, telehandlers, and specialty oilfield equipment. We are expanding and seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative who can immediately impact revenue by bringing relationships, securing new accounts, and growing WDT's presence in the field. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and secure new rental and service opportunities with operators, service companies, and sand mines in the Permian Basin. Leverage existing relationships and develop new contacts with consultants, engineers, and purchasing managers. Meet regularly with customers on site (frac locations, sand plants, yards) to build trust and deliver solutions. Work closely with operations and field supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Track opportunities, quotes, and job progress; provide timely feedback to management. Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets. Requirements Proven oilfield sales experience with a book of business or strong customer network in the Permian. Demonstrated ability to bring accounts and generate revenue within the first 60-90 days. Strong knowledge of oilfield rental equipment, frac operations, or related services. Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and make decisions in the field. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Willing to travel daily to customer locations across the Permian. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary uncapped commission . Realistic earning potential: $180k for strong performers.
