About the Role
Midway Staffing, is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, traveling locally to meet clients, and selling high-quality cabinetry solutions. You will work remotely while also traveling within the Nashville area to meet with contractors, builders, and homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Aline International cabinetry products to residential and commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and local travel for meetings and sales calls.
- Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up with potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted advisor for cabinetry solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through both remote outreach and in-person visits.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, territory coverage, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (construction, cabinetry, home improvement, or related industry a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Comfortable with both remote work and local travel.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM, virtual meetings, reporting).
