Overview
The Receptionist is a key contributor to the professional image and operational efficiency of our office. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, managing a multi-line phone system, and providing crucial administrative support to our entire office. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage office first impressions
- Handle and transfer incoming phone calls
- Manage conference room calendars and scheduling
- Set up and clean conference rooms
- Ensure accurate acceptance, tracking, and completion of client support and tax return deliveries
- Maintain a tidy office kitchen and manage inventory
- Sort and deliver mail
- Organize team and client lunches
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative work experience in a professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Previous experience in a professional services or consulting setting is a plus
Qualifications

- Capable of working independently and with minimal supervision
