Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors entering the community, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
- Sort, deliver and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, perform basic office/clerical tasks, and maintain visitor logs.
- Respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
Qualifications
- Receptionists greet visitors, answer questions, manage guest sign-in, and route calls to residents and staff.
- Sort, deliver and collect mail and perform basic office/clerical functions as needed.
- Ability to respond to resident emergencies per community protocol.

Base pay in range determined by skills and experience. Role eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
