Medical Receptionist (Float – Tukwila & Covington Clinics)

Pay: $20–$24/hr | Schedule: Mon–Thu, 7 AM–6 PM | No weekends or evenings

Organized, friendly, and enjoy helping people? Puget Sound Pain Clinic is hiring a Medical Receptionist to float between our Tukwila and Covington clinics. Be the first smile patients see and the last helping hand they encounter as we support those managing chronic pain daily.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients & visitors warmly
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance
• Collect co-pays and follow up on no-shows
• Answer phones, direct calls, and provide information
• Maintain a neat and professional reception area
• Handle general office duties with accuracy and care
