Location: Jupiter, FL
Part-Time | ~20 Hours/Week | Flexible Schedule | Strategic Marketing Role
$40–$55/hour

Aquafinity is seeking a highly skilled Fractional Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across North America. This part-time role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional looking to scale back from full-time work—while still making a major impact in a growing company.

What You’ll Do:

  •  Own the strategic marketing calendar, including planning and executing blitzes by region and service line
    • Drive lead generation through digital campaigns, SEO, and local targeting
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with CRM and outbound sales activity
    • Develop and manage reputation management initiatives, including reviews and brand positioning
    • Oversee email marketing, paid search, and social media initiatives
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
    • Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and campaign effectiveness

What You Bring:

  •  5+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
    • Strong background in lead generation, SEO, and digital marketing strategy
    • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership
    • Excellent project management and time management skills
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
    • Creative mindset with analytical ability to optimize campaigns
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

Bonus Qualifications:

  •  Experience in B2B or service-based industries (e.g., construction, technical services, facilities)
    • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar platforms
    • Past experience in building marketing departments or start-up environments
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
