Graphic Designer Job at Catena Solutions in Chicago

Seeking a Graphic Designer to join our client's creative team and bring fresh, impactful visuals to life. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the full-time designer to produce assets across multiple channels to global audiences.

This is a W2 contract role through December 2025. Anticipated hours are 30-40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

• Design marketing collateral including reports, decks, and brochures
• Create digital assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and paid ads
• Produce signage for both digital and print channels
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative work
• Present design concepts and rationale with clarity and confidence
• Stay on top of cultural trends, design innovations, and new technologies
• Support cross-departmental projects with flexibility and creativity

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3+ years of experience in Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Ability to design across platforms (digital, motion, print) while maintaining brand guidelines
• Strong design fundamentals including typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, eager to learn, and open to feedback
• (Preferred) Familiarity with Premiere Pro or After Effects
