Position: Graphic Designer – Proofs and Design

Location: Chandler, On site - You must live in the area

What You’ll Do

• Create proofs for promotional products, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency in each project.
• Collaborate with clients to develop creative, custom designs that fit their vision and elevate their branding.
• Prepare artwork for screen printing.
• Work across a diverse range of products—apparel, drinkware, tech accessories, and more!
• Partner with sales, production, and marketing teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and an understanding of proofing processes.
• One – two years’ experience minimum in a full-time graphic design position developing professional business creative. We do not need two D or three D art.
• A portfolio showcasing both creative design work and proofing experience (bonus if in the promotional product space!).
• Strong communication skills to take client feedback and refine designs quickly.
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and creativity.
• Ability to prioritize and organize several simultaneous projects.
• Experience in Promotional Products a plus but not required.
