Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator with at least 2 years of Human Resources experience. The candidate will supervise and coordinate daily work activity of HR staff in relation to all phases of facilities human resources activities.

Requirements

• The key responsibilities of the position will be supervising and coordinating the daily work activities of the facility.

Skills

• Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills along with being self-motivated
• Should have a general knowledge of employment laws and Human Resources policies, procedures and programs as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must have basic computer skills using MS Office programs such as MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc. and the ability to supervise personnel

Responsibilities

• Design and manage company-wide compensation structures, including job leveling frameworks and executive compensation plans
• Align compensation programs with organizational objectives and ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
• Serve as the ERP HR lead and primary liaison to IT
• Lead the governance, integration, and data integrity of HR systems across all shipyard locations
• Build advanced dashboards and forecast models addressing turnover and retention trends, labor blending ratios, and workforce costs and productivity metrics
• Deliver actionable people insights to the CHRO and senior leadership teams
• Provide decision-support for workforce deployment, recruitment, retention, and cost control initiatives
• Introduce AI-powered analytics and labor market intelligence to strengthen HR strategies
• Enable cross-functional HR initiatives through data-driven tools and methodologies
