FT Barista and Bartender: Springdale location (8110 Springdale Rd)


Responsibilities



  • Passionate about craft beer, eager to learn about brewing processes, and able to stay up-to-date on upcoming beer releases.

  • A barista extraordinaire, experienced in, or willing to learn about, espresso pulling, milk steaming, latte art, and more.

  • A champion of our company ethos, core principles, and guiding beliefs.

  • A team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the bar, taproom, and beer garden.

  • Able to juggle multiple tasks gracefully even in high-pressure situations.

  • Quick to take initiative in checking inventory levels and managing the preparation of items such as batched cocktails, coffee syrups, and garnishes.

  • Able to efficiently utilize our POS system to accurately input orders and correctly capture sales.

  • Prepared to quickly change and move kegs when needed.

  • Proactive in reporting problems or potential issues to the manager on duty.

  • Helpful in maintaining facility and taproom equipment.


Qualifications



  • Flexible schedule, as shifts will range from early mornings to nights throughout the week and weekend.

  • Prior bartending or barista experience in a high-volume establishment is preferred, but not required.

  • Possession of a valid TABC License and Food Handlers Certificate before starting your first shift.

  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50lbs, and perform physical tasks that include bending, squatting, utilizing ladders and stairs.
