World Class Vending is seeking a motivated Sales Call Center Representative to join our growing team. This role is all about sales — generating new business by calling prospective clients, introducing our vending services, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective businesses to introduce World Class Vending services.

• Set qualified appointments with decision-makers for our sales team.

• Follow up with leads and nurture prospects to move them toward appointments.

• Accurately record customer information and call notes in the CRM system.

• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting goals.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and appointments.

• Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sales mindset.

Experience & Skills

• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.

• Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, persuasive phone presence.

• Goal-driven with a proven ability to hit targets and stay motivated by results.

• Organized and detail-oriented, with basic computer and data entry skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
