This person will lead the cleaning department with direction from the Facilities Manager.**WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO** Comply with safety regulations and keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.Work with scheduling payroll administrator to ensure that all staffing needs are met, employees are scheduled appropriately, and manages payroll Ability to lead a team Strong relationship building and communication skills Ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
